How can I choose a random sample from 5000 dentist in a study made on Jordanian Dentists?

I am doing a study in Jordan on dentists I want to choose 300 dentists from 5000 dentist in a random order from different geographic areas? What is the best way to do so?

first you should know the percentage for every city in Jordan, then choose according to this

for example: Amman 60%, zarqa 20%, irbid 4%
so 60% from 5000 should be chosen from Amman
