I was only born with my top two. i didnt have bottom ones. If they erupt (come out through the skin) thats better than having them impacted. I had mine removed monday and i am glad i did it. Hopefully yours will all be non impacted..its alot easier if you need to get them removed later on.
References :
Impacted wisdom teeth have not yet broken through the gum. In other words they are still lodged down in the bone, and have not yet emerged. Non-impacted wisdom teeth have already broken through the surface. If you are worried about having to get them removed I can tell you from personal experience that it is much better, and the removal is much less traumatic, and less painful when they are not impacted. Mine were impacted, I had to have them taken out, and it was painful because I had to see an oral surgeon who had to go in and basically dig them out.
References :
Impacted means they are still in the gums/bone and might need to be surgically removed.

Partially erupted means they've started coming in, but they're still covered partly by gum tissue - if this is the case, get them checked out. This can cause food and bacteria to get caught and it can lead to tooth decay or gum infections that can be painful.

Non impacted/erupted wisdom teeth are teeth that have fully come in.

About 90% of the population doesn't have enough room for their wisdom teeth to come in, so it's probably a good idea to get them checked if they're bothering you.
References :
I'm a dental assistant.

one is under the gum, and the other has come up. if you need to get them removed it hurts a lot less if they are all grown in
