Is it okay to use Antiseptic Listerine 4 days after oral surgery?

I got oral surgery last thursday and i was wondering if i could use antiseptic listerine to clean my mouth. The surgery is causing me to get mouth sores/canker sores.

Yeah. In fact, I can’t believe no one recommended you to use mouthwash.
