my strategy against tooth decay: one pound of tofu per week (tofu is usually sold in 1 pound packages). that’s because tofu contains 2% calcium in a chemical bond that makes it easy for the body to absorb.
after i had bad teeth problems i researched a bit and found that normal western diet is extremely calcium deficient. i ate a lot of tofu and the problems went away very fast. i did never have tooth problems again.

1 1/2 years ago I went to the dentist, fillings were falling out and I couldn’t eat on 1 side from pain… they told me I needed lots of work. I ignored them and found Price’s pictures. I switched to using honey and natural sugar cane, didn’t cut down, just switched. The pain is gone now, I believe my teeth are healed. And the tarter that they said needed to be deep cleaned has started cracking off the lower teeth… I still think humans/chimps can eat all the bananas etc they want …

I bought Price’s book last year. The pictures are eye opening. My own belief is that refined sugar is somehow chemically altered in processing, making it into a new substance that the body has difficulty processing, thus the stripping away of calcium from the teeth, etc. I think the establishment is lying about this.
