My friends tooth is falling out and there is a cavitiy on it, the tooth is about to fall out. What should i do about it?

that could have been written better. its very hard to understand.
if its falling out. thats that. unless its broken? is it cracking at the base?
if shes in extreme pain, and its constant my guess is that it either needs
a root canal filling and build up (idk). or a extraction if its not restorable.
either way, dont let your "friend" let it go untreated. periodontal disase
