Clove oil:Is great to use for toothaches. Apply a little on the affected tooth for some time and then rinse with warm water. Boil 5 grams of fresh peppermint in 1 cup water with a little salt. I was gonna say the cloves or clove oil thing too…but it’s nasty and stings like a mofo. It didnt work for me but I’ve heard it alot. Tylenol is safe when your pregnant, and I personally think it’s the best painkiller out there, it’s wut I use and I’m not even pregnant

There used to be an over the counter remedy that had clove oil as the primary ingredient... it worked until you could get to the dentist.

Anbesol is a local numbing agent, and I would feel safe about taking it and not affecting the baby. In Europe, they are using freezing (applying ice/cold directly to the gums) as a cutting edge anesthetic for patients that are allergic to normal anesthesia. I'm sorry to hear about this, tooth pain is miserable!
