I kept on rinsing with salt and anticeptic mouth wash and everything has been ok.The dentist normally gives a syringe type of thing to specifically wash of any food particles in the holes. Instead, it softens and soaks up the saliva, making it look watersodden or white. A bit like if you soak too long in the bath. Absolutely normal and requires no concern.
