Occasional inflammation and pus from wisdom teeth extraction site?

I had my bottom wisdom teeth extracted 5 months ago. Left side is all right,
but in the right side, each month or so I get this annoying inflammation, which
ends with yellowish pus coming out. It has happened 3 times, without counting
the week after the extraction. Can it be dry socket? Infection?
By the way, my oral dentist doesn’t seem to care. He "doesn’t know".
Please show me the light.

It is not a dry socket, but there may be some infection coming from the area. Is your dentist the person who removed the teeth, or was it an oral surgeon? If so get back to the oral surgeon or someone else for a second opinion. Good luck.

    it sounds like an infection.
